The trip was great, we lucked out and it only really rained one day. We probably tried to see too much, so we did spend a lot of time driving. The two guides, George Brand — Scotland and Tony Dempsey — Ireland, were both great and funny. As usual the accommodations were great and we had plenty of Pub food and drink-haha.

LOVED loved loved STRESA (Lake Maggiore). It was the perfect end to the trip and what we needed. Il Borgo (TUSCANY) is just lovely and Marta was very gracious and helped us with reservations etc. The cooking class she arranged was GREAT!. What a dinner we had. We all REALLY enjoyed Sorrento and HIGH MARKS for MIRAMARE HOTEL. Would absolutely stay there again and HIGHLY recommend it. Spacious, modern, with fantastic views and walkable to town. POMPEII. Also a highlight. Tour leader was fantastic. My family ALL loved it so I am glad we decided on stopping on the way to Sorrento. And you were right – so convenient with a driver to stop there on the way. Great decision.

Amalfi Hotel in ROME. Accommodations were ok but really the hotel desk staff were the most unhelpful I have ever encountered. Not sure why. We prob would not go back there. COLISEUM TOUR was also a HIGHLIGHT. Awesome guide! VATICAN – too too crowded and although tour guides are generally great they gave her poor marks. Hard to hear, etc. Cars were great to drive. Picking up and returning was easy. Glad we got what we had as we had just enough room. Thank you for working with us again. Enjoyed it immensely and have lots of great memories.

We didn’t have any issues at all & everything went as planned. Flights/connections were excellent. We loved our Cornwall/Cotswold tour and highly recommend it. The (Viking British Isles) cruise was no disappointment. Everything was exceptional from the food, choices of food venues, entertainment, excursion choices, staff, etc. Everything you would expect from Viking. We just loved seeing all the green pastures, rolling hills, farmland, grazing animals, wild ponies, etc. Our last stop was Bergen, Norway which we LOVED.

We met a lot of people on the ship and several who had problems with Viking & had difficulties getting responses from Viking about their concerns. In talking to them, we learned they had booked their own trips. We told them about you & told them how you always took care of us & we gave them your information. Gina, you’re the best & we really appreciate everything & your patience with us. We may not make many more trips, but if we do you will be making our plans.

They were so eager to help us with anything, and made this a relaxing and very fun experience. I’m telling all that the Il Borgo is just a piece of Eden–sitting on the terrace of around the pool looking over the hills is guaranteed to lower one’s blood pressure at least 20 points.
